STAY DRY COATS are based in Manchester and are not affiliated to any other companies.

At Stay Dry, we design and sell Coats and Robes. We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help make it right. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free returns process. We do not issue return labels.

YOUR PURCHASE:  You must look after your Stay Dry by making sure you have adequate room to move around and wear it without it feeling tight. Please familiarise yourself with the front two way zip and practice opening your two way zipper before wearing your Stay Dry. If necessary, after unpacking your Stay Dry, make sure the two way zipper is straight. ZIPS HAVE NO WARRANTY

Responsibility for Returns: As the purchaser, you are solely responsible for the return of your item(s). To ensure a secure and verifiable return, we strongly recommend using Royal mail tracked postage, . This not only provides you with proof of postage but also ensures that your item is tracked until it reaches us. We do not issue returns labels. We DO NOT recommend SPECIAL DELIVERY. We do not recommend using EVRI. 

Packaging Your Return: Please make sure your item is correctly packaged and protected before returning it. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit due to inadequate packaging. To avoid potential issues, please ensure the your return is well-protected.

Damages and Issues. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Condition of Unused New Returned Items: All returned items must be in the same condition you received them. They should be unused, with all the original tags and packaging intact. Items that are returned damaged, worn, or altered may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Worn and Used products: If you have used your Item and it develops a fault within the first 30 days you can return it. We will inspect it and repair it or replace it with like for like. After 31 days to 60 days we may offer an exchange on like for like products as long as the care guide has been followed correctly and the item has not been misued. We may also repair it. After 60 days from delivery, we will not be able to offer a refund or an exchange.

Refunds, Store Credit : Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund or store credit within 14-20 days, this could however take longer. If you are seeking a refund, the purchase amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Refund time also depends on your payment provider. You will receive a notification once you have been refunded.

Exchanges: We do offer exchanges. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once your return is with us, we can then process and despatch your exchange, it usually takes around 2-3 days to send the exchange item out to you.

Please enclose all your details with regards the exchange.

Stay Dry coats sell out quickly, so we advise to make a new order to secure your item. If you make another purchase, you will receive a full refund on your original order once we receive it back.

We do not refund your postage unless it was our fault. We only refund postage upto £7 so please only use the appropriate service.

Misuse and Wear

We are not responsible for faults caused by:

  • Misuse

  • Accidental damage

  • Failure to follow care instructions

Examples of misuse may include incorrect use of the two-way zip, excessive force, or damage caused by improper wear. Each item will be assessed individually.

Handling beyond inspection. Handling of the products are permitted only to the extent necessary to check size, fit, and appearance. Returns showing signs of handling beyond this — including pet hair, odours, marks, or dirt — may be subject to a reasonable deduction to reflect any loss in value or cleaning required. This does not affect your statutory rights.This covers inspection, cleaning, repacking and restocking.
