Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  Although at times this could take longer.

Shipping is next day tracked service, but this could take longer depending on time of year and where you live. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped

PLEASE CHECK THE STATUS IF YOUR DELIVERY BY MEANS OF THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED BY US WHEN YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED. If your item has not been delivered please contact your courier. If your parcel has been delivered but has gone missing and may have been stolen, this means you may have been a victim of crime. You must report it to the police and get a crime reference number. this will help with your claim.

Missing Items Policy

We take great care in preparing and packing every order. All items are checked against your order before dispatch, and each parcel is sealed securely.

If you believe an item is missing

  1. Check your parcel and packaging carefully – sometimes smaller items can be tucked inside protective wrapping.

  2. Compare with your order confirmation – please ensure the item is listed on your order.

  3. Contact us within 2 days of delivery if something is missing. Please include:

    • A photo of everything received

    • A photo of the packaging (inside and outside)

Our process

  • We verify each order against our packing records.

  • If our records show that an item was not packed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • If our records confirm that all items were included and the parcel shows no sign of tampering, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

In cases of suspected theft or tampering

  • If the packaging appears damaged, opened, or resealed, we may ask you to report this to the courier and the police and provide a reference numbe and crime number. This helps us investigate and process any claims with our delivery partners.

Reaceiving your product

Upon receiving your product,  It may be creased because of packaging. You can STEAM/ IRON YOUR ITEM BUT MOVE OVER THE MATERIAL QUICKLY (CARE MUST BE TAKEN) and it will look fantastic. We recommend hanging it up as soon as possible as this allows any creases caused by packing to naturally fall out, ensuring that your item retains its optimal shape and appearance. By hanging the product, you'll also be prolonging its life and maintaining its quality, ensuring you can enjoy your Stay Dry gear to the fullest.

 Note: although not advisable, you can steam your item, but this should only be done once and with rapid movements.
